2. Independent Referral Service Nature (Non-Contractor Notice)

AVS Plumbing acts solely as an intermediary telephone connection resource. We do not dispatch company-employed personnel, do not maintain service trucks or physical tools, and do not hold a contractor license.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship & Liability Disclaimers

All physical inspections, water isolation, diagnostic assessments, written estimates, and plumbing repairs are performed independently by licensed third-party plumbing contractors. The contractor is an independent trade entity and is not an agent, joint venturer, partner, or employee of AVS Plumbing.

AVS Plumbing disclaims any and all liability for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, property damage, or contractual disputes arising between property owners and the independent contractors referred through our service. Any warranty, workmanship guarantee, or dispute regarding repair quality must be directed exclusively to the contracted plumbing professional.

4. Inbound Call Recording & Quality Monitoring

By placing a call to our phone lines, you consent to the monitoring and recording of your telephone conversation for quality assurance, dispatcher training, and dispute resolution.

5. Pricing & Written Estimates

Any pricing references, diagnostic ranges, or average costs published on our website or discussed during triage are strictly for general orientation. AVS Plumbing does not establish or guarantee pricing for physical repairs. The independent contractor determines all prices and must provide an itemized written estimate prior to executing physical repairs.
